Overall, I had a lovely stay at the hotel with its clean and comfortable rooms and excellent dining options. The location is great for exploring nearby areas and the beach, but we experienced some issues with the pool temperature. However, the staff were helpful throughout our visit.

Our stay was enjoyable overall, with a beautiful hotel and good food options, though there were a few hiccups with room types and water quality. The location was great for exploring Santa Susanna with easy access to the beach and train station. The staff generally was helpful, but our initial room situation was a bit frustrating.
